Serck offer complete refurbishment services and high temperature upgrades for all commercial vehicle cooling systems.

Heavy Duty Radiators:

Vibrosonic cleaning, tank or core replacement and high temperature upgrading of your heavy duty radiators are completed using in-house products and services. All units are tested as per Serck Services control standards.

Truck Radiators:

A large number of truck radiator components are in stock for easy and fast refurbishment and quick turn-around delivery time. Serck manufactured cores are available for high temperature upgrading.

Aluminium radiators and coolers:

Core replacement of charge air, oil and water radiators are completed at Serck’s dedicated aluminium refurbishment facility. Plastic tank replacement and repair, including gaskets is available for quick turn-around deliveries.

Off-Highway machinery radiators:

Serck undertake refurbishment, re-coring and upgrading of all off-highway machinery cooling systems including increasing the cooling efficiency by upgrading the radiator core elements. Hydraulic oil coolers and heat exchangers can be remanufactured and refurbished in-house with fast turnaround delivery time.
