Refurbishment includes drilling of new clad tube plates, new baffles, impeachment plates, tie rods, installing of new tubes, welding tube ends to tube sheet, welding of channel heads to tube sheets, all NDT’s and pressure test both shell side and tube side as per ASME Standards.

A complete refurbishment of H.P. Heater can be completed within a period of 4 -6 weeks, we order all the materials required prior to disassembly of heater by looking at the drawing and upon having the materials ready, disassemble heater and refurbish.
